Make sure your iPhone and your TV are on the same Wi-Fi network, then open Aimio — it scans automatically and lists any compatible TV it finds. Tap it to pair. Most brands pair instantly; some (like Samsung and LG) show a one-time confirmation prompt on the TV screen the first time.
Roku, Samsung (Tizen), LG (webOS), Vizio (SmartCast), Sony (IRCC-IP), VIDAA — used by Hisense and Toshiba — and Android/Google TV. Apple TV and Amazon Fire TV are not supported.
Confirm your phone and TV are on the same Wi-Fi network (not one on Wi-Fi and one on a guest network or Ethernet-only VLAN), that the TV is powered on, and that Local Network access is allowed for Aimio in Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network. The annual plan is $14.99/year with a 7-day free trial and renews automatically. The lifetime purchase is $39.99 once, with no renewal — you own Aimio Pro permanently on your Apple ID. Both unlock the exact same features.
Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple. Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, select Aimio, and turn off auto-renew. Aimio itself has no way to cancel a subscription directly, since Apple — not Aimio — processes the billing.
