PetSuite 360 is designed with privacy at its core. We believe your pet's information belongs to you, and only you. This policy explains how we protect your data.
Data Stored on Your Device
All your information is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure SwiftData framework:
- Pet Profiles: Names, breeds, birthdates, photos, and health records
- Care Logs: Feeding schedules, medications, vet visits, and activities
- Reminders: Your personalized pet care notifications
- Preferences: App settings and customizations
This data never leaves your device unless you enable iCloud sync.
iCloud Sync
When you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your private iCloud account:
- Encrypted end-to-end by Apple
- Accessible only through your Apple ID
- Synced across your personal devices
- Never accessible to PetSuite 360 developers
What We Don't Collect
We respect your privacy completely:
- No personal identification information
- No location tracking
- No analytics or usage tracking
- No data sharing with third parties
- No access to your pet data whatsoever
Apple Services
PetSuite 360 integrates with these Apple services:
- StoreKit: In-app purchases handled entirely by Apple
- CloudKit: Optional sync to your private iCloud
- Local Notifications: Reminders that stay on your device
In-App Purchases
Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. We never receive or store your payment information. See Apple's Privacy Policy for details.
Data Security
Your data is protected by multiple layers:
- iOS device encryption
- Apple's Secure Enclave technology
- iCloud encryption (when sync is enabled)
- App sandboxing prevents unauthorized access
Your Rights
You have complete control:
- View: All your data is visible within the app
- Export: Download your data anytime from Settings
- Delete: Remove individual items or all data
- Uninstall: Removes all local data completely
Children's Privacy
PetSuite 360 is designed for pet owners of all ages and doesn't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy occasionally. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of any changes.
