What PetSuite 360 Does
PetSuite 360 helps you care for your pets by providing tools to:
- Create and manage pet profiles with health records
- Log daily activities like feeding, walks, and medications
- Set smart reminders for care routines
- Track health trends and vet appointments
- Store photos and memories
Your Responsibilities
When using PetSuite 360, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your pets
- Use the app only for lawful purposes
- Keep your device and Apple ID secure
- Back up important data regularly
- Not attempt to reverse engineer the app
Important Medical Disclaimer
PetSuite 360 is not a substitute for veterinary care. The app helps you organize information, but:
- Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical advice
- Don't rely solely on the app for health decisions
- Seek immediate care for emergencies
- The app doesn't diagnose, treat, or prevent conditions
Premium Subscription
PetSuite 360 offers optional premium features:
- Payment: Charged to your Apple ID at purchase
- Renewal: Auto-renews unless canceled 24+ hours before period ends
- Management: Manage in Apple ID Account Settings
- Refunds: Handled by Apple per their policies
Intellectual Property
The app's design, features, and content belong to PetSuite 360. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app
- Use our branding without permission
- Create derivative works
Your Content
You own everything you create in the app—pet profiles, photos, logs, all of it. We don't claim any rights to your content, and it stays on your device or in your private iCloud.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by law:
- The app is provided "as is" without warranties
- We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- We're not responsible for data loss from device issues or user error
- Maximum liability is limited to your payments in the past 12 months
Ending Use
You can stop using the app anytime by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
Updates to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. Major changes will be communicated through the app.
App Store
Your use is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms. Apple's terms take precedence for App Store-related matters.
